4. Payments and Refunds
Payments must be made according to the terms agreed before the project starts. An advance payment is required to begin work. Payments already made are generally non refundable once work has started, unless we agree otherwise.

We keep ownership of the work created during the project until the final payment has been received. Once the project is paid in full, you receive the agreed rights to use the final work. Our work cannot be resold, copied, or used for another project without our permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to deliver everything as agreed, but we cannot be responsible for issues caused by third party services, software, hosting, or circumstances outside our control. We also cannot guarantee that our website or services will always be available without interruptions.

Either side can end a project if there is a valid reason to do so. If a project is ended after work has started, any completed work and outstanding payments will still need to be settled.
